This form is for removal of players only. This notifies us of players who need to be removed from the database (this will happen when time permits). It does not move a player between teams, only remove them from the previous team.

It's the responsibility of the new team to make sure the player is entered and therefor registered for the new team.

To add a new player, you need to go to the team page and click on add player.
